<image:caption>Brought 2 core Carbon products to market. For each product, I played a core part in building the business plan and justification, setting the customer and company requirements, laying out the product specifications and risk management strategy, architecting the hardware, and leading the hardware development and teams. I have led teams as large as 40+ engineers and have also managed key vendors for products that were co-developed. I have played the roles of Product and Program Manager, Hardware Lead, People Manager, and independent Engineer. I have consulted and contributed to the industrial design, software UI, and product UX. I have worn whatever hat needs to be worn to ensure the product meets the customer and business needs, on time. I have managed Mechanical Engineers helping to grow their capabilities and influence, establishing core design standards and best practices. I have also managed Carbon’s CNC and prototyping facility. Finally, I helped to develop Carbon’s Product Development Strategy and processes that range from ECO and change control, phase gating process, scheduling strategy, and NPI.</image:caption>
